WORKBOOK QUESTIONS – CHAPTER 3 1. How is criminal liability determined? (Hint: there are three steps.) 2. In criminal law, every crime requires a criminal act (actus reus), in your own words explain how a criminal omission (e.g. child neglect, failing to pay your income taxes, etc.) is a crime.
